In addition, prices for hospital care (+0.4%), home furnishings (+0.4%), and airline fares (+2.6%) were key contributors, while heavily COVID impacted industries like autos and recreation continued to have price declines.

I go back in to recreate it on my end, and POOF, magic... it's gone.

You guys might like the story of a literal "Air" BnB where private pilots land and park their planes and stay at my cabin and use the place as staging ground for low level recreational flights across national parks.

I am also thinking of offering storage for recreational vehicles or something like that.

@DJ Dawson thanks, yeah I’ve done the exterior walk around and the landscaping of the front definitely needs to be re-leveled abunch of stones underneath, dry rot, gutter, electrical potentially, few Tre stumps in the back yard, recreating driveways etc

Well, I did have an endgame number - but after traveling for the majority of last summer, I realized that I couldn’t wait to get back into “the game” - travel and recreation left me somewhat personally unsatisfied - so, I guess to a small degree I will always be looking for the next “deal”
