I know there is reciprocity if I were to get my Wisconsin license, but would I be stuck in Wisconsin longer then?

There is a northwoods MLS for a couple counties up there that doesn’t have reciprocity with the rest of the state so you need someone with the local diggs.

Illinois does have reciprocity with Florida now.

Finally, I recently passed my Massachusetts Real Estate Agent Exam on the first try, and while California does not offer reciprocity for out-of-state agents, I believe this process helped me build a strong foundation of real estate knowledge that would help me be an asset to your business.

Some states have reciprocal agreements and others do not… typically you don’t get double taxed but I strongly recommend having a cpa on board who knows what they are doing prior to investing
