BiggerPockets is such a great space to learn about real estate investing but we have focused our efforts on providing helpful information and useful content in relevant forums, rather than promotion. 

Of course you'll say that we just happened to get promotions or there was some other mechanism for savings, but that's not the case.

If you are able to self promote on social media, that might be your best bet.

I truly don't understand...It's beyond my belief...For years, we held your hand every step of the way. 

These are not "no money down" as is falsely promoted by a "guru".

I got my CPA/EA who I won't promote as he's not on here and what not, and that's not what I do.

This helps you cross promote your best content.

We have charged $500 as a damage deposit since day one.I am of the belief that they need to have some skin in the game.

I can tell you Rentredi is a huge time waste between issues with the apps and lack of service. big thumbs down and im honestly surprised they are promoted on here.
