I'm sure everyone is anxious to get going once they have decided to start, but what is the best advice to accomplish getting into my first Multi-Family home?

I teach CE/CPE for several tax organizations at conferences and online so I talk to A LOT of tax professionals.

I imagine it can be tricky without face-to-face interaction, but it sounds like you’ve got a solid approach.Honestly, I don't have a process for establishing trust with sellers other than being polite and professional.

Maybe @Mark Ainley can provide some advice...he has or had a bunch of industrial properties in Chicago and the suburbs.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I've always gotten the "feeling" that they are trying to do the right thing.1 or 2 clients having an issue with a builder is understandable. 15 is at best, professional negligence.
