A lot split with 3 year commitment to OO will be a slow scale, but for someone starting out it s low risk with solid expectation of return.  

Will be a bit slow through the summer so be patient on that front

Here is what I have found so far that looks pretty good if you need the products.

Historically the market slowed down in the months prior, as people tend to freeze in the face of uncertainty. 

I like BP, although BP also tries to sell me certain products, at least they are upfront and transparent about their intension unlike RDPD who baits and switches.

I've not invested with 5S so I can't comment on their product and management specifically but I can say for build to rent, if you’re considering this, ask yourself: Does this fit your investment strategy and comfort level?

I think what attracts builders to the larger resale companies of which there are at least 10 that do what RTR does is these companies Will focus on their product they wont show your product and then sell something else..

It mitigates the risk because you can go slow, you are living in the property, and you get the tailwind of 2+ years of market appreciation while waiting to sell tax free on the gains.
