The other PM can be a fix-mindset type of person where they are not willing to share anything unless you have a property and are willing to sign a PM agreement in the same conversation. 

Type up a DEMAND LETTER (some people call it a NOTICE TO EVICT).  

Foreigners can only own 49% of those types of properties and there is a lot of rigamarole around it.

Lucrative STR's are some of the most desirable property types on the market (especially near the beach!)

Caution with any company that has these types of SOPs  once they have your money its gone.

@Frank Pyle yeah, this is pretty normal and the type of home you use isn't of consequence. 

Forget the lease type that the last owner used...just give the notice.
