Eli,If I were you I would look into Subject Two, Land Contracts on Properties that are free and clear and Raising Private Money!

One thing that happened back then its the rise of all this private money..

This way, if someone feels rejected unfairly, you can show that your decision wasn’t based on any illegal discrimination, but on consistent standards applied to everyone.Alternatively... you could just ghost applicants but that's not always everyone's style lol 

Money will come from different levels of government, private donations and insurance companies.
