My first purchase I was praised by the tenants just for taking care of all the deferred maintenance from the previous owner.

But while tenant advocates praised the moratorium, they said the program’s implementation hasn’t been equal in practice.

The taxes she did send to me for review were riddled with errors, which if filed were going to cause me to have a substantial tax bill.She has posted a lot of BP but I can't find anyone praising her work.
