You definitely want a system that pulls from their bank account automatically and charges the late fee the same.

For this reason I’ve undertaken the expense of installing separate propane heating systems in my buildings.

Get familiar with the major systems.

We only have 4 units on section 8 right now, but in general, the system works well for investors IF you have a solid property manager who understands the subsides and does proper tenant screening.   

Policy will not impact the market for a while, even a $25k first-time home buyer credit will need some time to work through the system.

The problem is there are so many glitches in their base system that still need to be ironed out. 

Has anyone dealt with this requirement and if so, what systems do you recommend.
