The people who say wholesaling is easy are generally in two camps:- A Guru with a mentorship or training program- A student who just paid thousands of dollars to one of those gurus, and is required to post about how life changing the program was, often using "Go Giver" "Abundance Mindset" or other similar hustle culture language.

The only two reasons I could see for annual turnover is if you do student rentals or are over priced for your market.

In Panama you need to be especially careful to AVOID buying any ROP (right of possession) properties. 

Though in CA, 5 years delinquency on property taxes, the city can file a lien and auction off the house.If I pay those taxes, what's the process of if I wanted to take possession of the property after the 5 years delinquent taxes?
