Essentially, this follows the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method, but with the twist of continually developing more homes on the same piece of land.Do you think this strategy makes sense?

Hello,I have several ways to fund a down payment on my first investment property and would like to know the "safest" way to do so...Cash, borrow against my 401K (and does this method constitue the start of my investments) or HELOC. 

This work is methodical for her and she likes it.
