I am just sick with the issue ..any thoughts ?

It is age discrimination, plain and simple.

They were blaming it on a snow storm in December and sicknesses in January.Issue 4: After tenant (from issue 3) vacated; they performed a walkthrough and told me things that the tenant broke (laundry door, punched a hole in the wall, the usual). 

They tell me when I have to come in to work, when to eat lunch, how long I can eat lunch, when I can leave, how long I can be on vacation, how long I can be sick, etc.

Let me state this plainly; no reputable lender, in this day and age of NMLS licensing and the ramifications against the individual loan originator and the broker, will "work with you" to get a loan through. 

Maybe they will not let you enter because they, realtor and owner, do not want to be sued if you get sick.

Roof size approx 2700sq feet- gaf woodland lifetime designer shingles (gives the slate look similar to what's on the house) - If I choose plain architectural shingles, I'll save 2k- TPO PVC flat roof over 10x30 extension- soffit & fascia repair and replace where necessary (some of the soffit wood has gotten rotten and would need to be replaced)- chose copper valley instead of aluminum (said I'll save $500 if going with aluminium)- plywood mostly in very good condition because of great original quality of the wood (said I'll probably only need 3 sheets replaced)- replace downspouts where necessary, maybe he'll replace 1-2- install cobra ridge vent

Explain to her that it is her problem to cut the grass plain and simple .  

My wife became sick in 2012, and I didn't care anything about real estate at that point.

Plain and simple, it's not their property and they should be asking for approval before they make any changes to the property.
