perimeter fencing?

The quality of tenants you can find within the 5 miles perimeter are not easy to handle.

The membrane applied to the entire roof surface protects the wood against moisture, and the ice and water shied in the valleys and along the perimeter prevents damage from possible ice damming.

I was told by the Fire Captain that I would be responsible for everything...from clearing out the shrubs/creepers around the perimeter of the house, to ensuring that there is no asbestos/hazardous material, cleanup post the burn training and such.

I paid at the treasurers office and they emailed me the list on a xcel file with all the perimeters that I had asked for.

If you want to prevent your basement from getting water on the ground or overall seepage, I have been told you need a perimeter drain with a sump pump.

Alternatives to perimeter drain / sump pump pit" will likely get responses within a day.

Other thoughts are perimeter fencing, and possible surveillance cameras.

Things I have been looking for is population growth, rise in sales prices, days on market, rental prices, economic development that may be coming to that area or the perimeter of the area that could cause a higher than average appreciation.Anyone want to chime in on other indicators that they look for?
