Would it be better to stay in San Antonio and network with people in San Antonio?

I'm not looking for partners, but rather people to collaborate with as I'm working to scale my business.  

However while people in Windsor doesn't have the luxury of high paying jobs that GTA residents have, is it just a temporary fever of buying houses, or there is really something going on in this city ? 

I'm in Oregon which basically whips people for being landlords but 99% of your problems are solved by getting good tenants so screen, screen, screen. 

A majority of people who rent homes here have 100% equity in them so any rent will cash flow.

Learn what people are doing right now in this difficult market and find a way to replicate their success.A lot of people say they are actively investing.

Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

I've seen a lot of people try this, and they rarely use the home. 

To me, that can be done in many asset classes, but I think most people associate it (nowadays) with single family residential investing.
