Every tax season, I see people unintentionally overpaying the IRS.

For example: We provide tax preparation and advisory services to people who invest in commercial (including multifamily) real estate, and high w2 earners investing in short-term rentals.

People even do this in Vancouver though it must be extremely challenging.

welcome. it can be profitable but do your due diligence. network with people that are doing it and try to see if can find mentor.

And at the top, you need three key people: an artist (to deliver a great product), a manager (to keep things running smoothly), and an entrepreneur (to drive it forward).

The rental market is strong due to students and digital nomads.Managing a couple of tenants would not be too hard but managing a dozen, on the other hand, would be a nightmare.I am a bit torn.

Sadly, both of them escalated this conflict and started creating domestic disturbances so we had to move both of them out.Assuming the upstairs family is being reasonable, I suspect no matter what you do, the people downstairs will never be happy.
