Aside from the obvious (criminal record, evictions, poor credit) I tend to notice most red flags when looking at their social media:-If it's a couple and they've been in a relationship for a short amount of time (I've had 'couples' inquire who got in a relationship that very week)-Posts or photos showing they smoke marijuana.

As we know practically anyone can get a medical marijuana card.

At this point, I do a quick google search on my phone and that's when I saw pictures of the house and of the marijuana grow operation that was taking place.
