BP and investing in general is more a passion thing for me, I have been an investor almost twice as long as an agent and I volunteer a lot, I am on the board of the RPA (Rental Property Association - a non profit advocating for lanlords) and I do all the marketing for the RPA, teach free classes etc

I am only so passionate because it has truly blessed me.

I still work a lot, but it's things I enjoy and am passionate about, and the value I provide benefits me personally, not some boss somewhere.

I am currently a senior in high school nearing graduation and have a growing passion for learning this industry.

Keep the dream alive mateI love the saying "Make a passion an obsession and you will never work a day in your life".I worked as a laborer on commercial sites.Saved $50,000 in 4 years and bought my first property in 2011.13 years later and I stopped counting a 1,000 deals.Made a fortune and lost a fortune but that's the game.As long as you make more than you loose.Had a very successful business fella tell me one day "You can't go broke making a profit, even if it's just $1"Wishing you much success

If you are passionate about it, do it. 

Worse, I had virtually no money, no equity, and a wife who almost had a heart attack at the prospect of me leaving a job that helped us a lot but that I hated with a passion.
