My observation is that there are at least two residential markets now.Any property in decent shape from any source (REO, homeowner, or elsewhere) will generally sell to an end buyer.

Since he had been investing in RE for 30 years he observed a few things.RE is the only investment that he knew (focus is on him) where you can buy for $100K, rent the property, sell for $50K and end up with a profit. $50K more than you started with.His point if you can buy with zero cash, have the tenant pay off the mortgage plus running costs, sell at a lower price than you purchased for and walk away with $50K more than you started with.
