When I was selling residential solar I assessed 3-6 homes a day and often saw FPE panels with charring around where a breaker had been overheating for awhile and started arcing because it failed to trip, causing the breaker to melt and the wood framing the panel was mounted on to start burning.

Increased interest rates over the last 2 years and increasing cap rates have put downward pressure on multifamily values.

And a second one for $7000 where I got about 3 months into it and did the live calls but could never get my questions answered and finally they were just pressuring me to buy properties that were several million dollars and telling me I needed to figure out how to borrow $700,000 or more dollars to get the down payment and I just quit.

That way the pressure is on and if you locked in a new tenant for July, you have more grounds for them leaving. 

I also feel strong pressure to get this right because my Dad and I are co-managing, and he has almost zero risk tolerance to invest.

Vibration can be caused by loose pipes banging on the studs or it could be from high water pressure.

Hey @Eric Rosiello, I have always thought a place near Mount Sunapee in New Hampshire would be a good area.

It seems to be a combination of wholesale becoming more popular (and competitive so upwards pricing pressure) and with more investors in the market, wholesalers are stretching deals to maximize profit.

However, I am heavily in debt and have a lot of pressure to kill it this year which brings me here...
