Aside from tenants failing to pay rent and tearing up the place, some are unreasonable about their expectations.There are a lot, and I mean A LOT of landlords that attempt to weasel and impose their personal beliefs (religious, political, morals) on tenants through a variety of means.

Homeowners that were foolish enough to take out these gimmick loans are legally and morally bound to pay their loans at the terms they agreed to.

some of us have moral values and wouldnt be able to sleep at night if we left a family high and dry and skipped town with their money.

Needless to say, someone was there in about an hour and installed it.The moral of the story is that if the seller doesn't have a monetary incentive, don't expect anything to be done after closing.

(Obviously, I'm moral, I mean is there a definition for bare minimum which might be overly sensitive) So, the tenants were okay with no shower for 3 days?

This really encourages me to expand more quickly and is a big morale boost for me!
