Every little bit of feedback narrows things down for me, or makes me think.Well, I was thinking more in the lines of a Medical Supply / Senior supply store,  rather than Adult day care.

I'm curious if there's much of a demand or shortage for higher quality housing for traveling and short term medical professionals.

., and do not, per se, offer medical services except for when the appropriate licensed folks come to the home.

Most of our properties are commercial (medical offices) and I've been having some trouble finding options for a replacement.I've looked into some facilities management companies but it seems like a bit of overkill.

@Bosko MijatovicIf you get a single family, consider renting it out by the room to the medical students at COMP. renting by the door will increase your cash flow.

I recently was advised by my broker that in order to purchase an additional property in the future I had to pay down more debt (I have great credit, I work in the medical profession with great W2 income, etc etc).

Some scammers are pretty smart and likable.Did the state have a medical claim on the house that is not recorded yet?

I have told them  I'll sue for hotel bills, travel and medical expenses as well as damaged property and floors... but I am holding off ONLY as I know these expenses and court costs will be paid for by my neighbours.The HOA board have finally offered $1700 for a $6000 claim in October 2018.
