Property 1 = $750k; Property 2 = $700k.I told my RE lawyer this and he said that I should really have each property in it's own LLC, since if something goes down at Property 1 and I get sued, they can not only go after the equity in Property 1, but also that in Property 2.

If you want to get around this simply require ALL credit reports be given to you for the purpose of supervision of your agent to prevent discrimination against protected classes under the Fair Housing Act.I would not pay any lawyer a dime if they could not prove this appropriate business purpose.Does the person that wrote the following sentence practice out of form book?"

We have consulted with real estate lawyers and they basically just tell us you guys need to create your own terms and how you want to proceed. my thought is, 100k down while waiting for loan to assume, and seller financing and living there until that moment, and covering the rest of the funds at the closing table.
