When he visited the houses to see if there was needed improvements, to his surprise, the radiators, and much of the iron piping in the kitchen, including the kitchen sink, were gone!!!

There is something ironic that I don't know what that means and what the definition is.

The rules and standards regarding commercial appraisals aren't as strict as residential appraisals, ironically.

I honestly find it ironic that a forum full of diyers (including me) are in outrage that a tenant would take initiative and do it themselves.

I know this might seem ironic by posting on BiggerPockets, which by itself is a great place for information, but I'm wondering what other investors here are using for resources?

Ironically, sometimes one guy who is not so reliable introduces me to a guy who does something different and the new guy is incredibly reliable. 

An experienced co-op listing agent will know how to vet buyers and financially qualify candidates for board approval, will know how to present atypical candidates, will know how to put together an iron clad board package, etc.

I just got a new job in New York City (1 1/2 hour commute each way) working in a union as an ornamental iron worker.
