@Gray Hall Totally agreed.

Sometimes the few dollars saved get eaten up quickly with hair dye from the gray caused by your exchange.  

And I don't have that much hair left that isn't gray so it's really no problem.And you don't want to forget that even if you're not making a bunch of gain that 12 years of depreciation would have to be recaptured. 

I'd crack the policy language yourself and see if you think there's a gray area or not.

If you are going to replace the roof and windows anyway, I’d go with a gray roof, black windows and sconces, and paint the house white (I think the vertical siding fits the house, even if you replace it).

The only thing I would mention is the Gray  skies and dreary weather.

@Nicholas Gray I have strong relationships with contractors who prioritize safety and have the protective gear to keep themselves and others safe and healthy.

The vanities have a light gray/brown speckled finish.   

Especially during a downturn.We lean towards being very conservative in our numbers and have little gray space on whether to proceed or not.
