Just this morning, I saw on the news that RVA is the 4th hottest housing market in the counry for 2016, according to Zillow.

In general, the hottest areas are Florida and Texas; people are fleeing San Fran and NY. 

@Dan Hennessy Quincy Center is possibly the single hottest real estate market in all of Massachusetts. 

Thank you Art for the great feedback those areas seem to be the hottest right now as the Queens market is trickling into Nassau the homes on the borderline are goldmines at the moment.

MLS is where prices are typically the hottest and the market is efficient enough that it is rare you will find a good deal. 

And in one of the hottest markets in the US.

You could have the hottest location in the U.S. and still have a bunch of vacant lots if the owner is opposed to bringing the homes in themselves.

While summer is the hottest, the winter can be great as long as you are in the right location.
