There are 2 STR markets: vacation hot spots & every city in America with a chain hotel. 

Also if they are familiar with what rents are going for along with the neighborhoods that are hot spots(ones being rehabbed/gentrified).

My place is also in Denver which has always been a hot spot for travel nurses.
