The property is in WI so 80-90 degree humid days for about 2 months out of the year, another 2 months are warm/hot but not as bad. 

My personal theory is that it's a combination of a hot market and inundation of the SMS space with new investors, with some carrier blocking sprinkled in.

On the other hand, our house has a brand new roof, brand new hot water heater and recently renovated kitchen with newer appliances.

:PJoel: NOT trying to start a fight (though I don't mind) or an argument here, but I AM one that will call out a person when they over-reach or blow hot air for all to see. 

Even back then there were a lot of high rise hotels where you could get a decent condo-style room with hot water, cable tv etc for really cheap ($15-20USD/night).

Sounds like there are several unhappy customers of Neal Aviation (Garrett Neal is the owner of the company on record) for being sold bad parts and they're burning suppliers with hot checks for parts for privately owned aircraft (in their more recent business reviews).
