Sorry if that sounds harsh, but being all-in at $108,000 plus closing costs plus assignment fee for a house that rents for $1000 is a terrible, terrible deal for a buy and hold investor.

I know these comments are harsh, but the truth is whole life policies are easily the highest commission products in the business, by the time you pay the fees and the penalties, the buyers are getting ripped off.ALL to take a loan out on your OWN money.
