Bank loans, bank accounts, brokerage accounts, IRAs, 401ks, car loans, insurance companies, cruise ships, credit cards, ez pass, doctors and hospitals, drivers licenses, colleges, high schools, not to forget gun shops, google, ATT, Verizon, Comcast, Amazon, airlines, CIA, IRS, FBI, TSA, Homeland security, Target and Home Depot data breaches, security clearances, car dealerships, title companies, accountant, employers, landlords, credit bureaus, payroll companies, golf and tennis clubs, business clubs, volunteers at schools/churches, Russians and Chinese, etc. it’s more of a question as to who doesn’t have it as I see it.

I would recommend sticking to your guns and trusting your research and your gut. 

I am enthusiastic, but slightly hesitant to pull the trigger.

We don't have such a ruling, so for us:  no registered sex offenders, no evicted tenants, no domestic violence, no gun or gang violence FELONY CONVICTIONS. 

@Scott Anderson I've seen some agents stick to their guns and not let people out of representation agreements (especially listing agreements on personal residences).

John says at that point the neighbor came out and immediately pulled a gun on him.

You need to set a dead move out date and stick to your guns.

And because the federal government had set those laws and standards,  lenders "enthusiastically" followed their lead.
