So basically in my mind this would not be a great financial move as we be accruing about 200k more in debt if we were to sell one house and take the cash from there and use it as a down payment.

I also don't see any NMLS licensing posted on your personal website, company page, or even your signature line. 

Also, the tenants that you are inheriting will not know what information you do or do not have.

However, this information is beneficial to the rest of the BiggerPockets members. 

Aside from the real estate websites (idealista, sapo,Imovirtual) and AirDNA, is there another website/source that we can use to analyze the areas?

In FL PS only provides about 37% of the leads/oppertunities going through the county records offices (I have  study I have done comparing the 2 to back this up if you want me to post it/send it) recorder offices Florida and Hilsborough are obviously competitive but if your getting information before everyone else and using it fast in the market where it matters its not so competititve.If your leads are for say absentee owner, tired  landlord then you want the owner to have had the property for longer to hopefully increase motivation.

On top of that, once the check-out date arrives, the TV will automatically erase all the login information, making it ready for the next guests arrival.

@Frank Mongiello is a great resource for a real estate agent in Central Florida and South Florida.

I would keep it in a high interest bank account might as well earn as much gain as you can no matter how small it is.However I think some debt pay down would be great not to the point where you are not liquid enough to Jump at another opportunity or can’t make a major repair when it arise.
