I have a few tricks up my sleeve.

If I’m meeting a seller, buyer, or renter it is usually in a long sleeve button down shirt with nice jeans.

I do not, however, know if they deliver to Alaska so I hope I haven't misled you.Apart from all that stuff, the best thing you can pull from up your sleeve is lighting.

I am interested in seeing what other ways you have up your sleeve.

No stub outs where used, I sleeved the toilet line in pvc to make straight, and supported the pex inside the vanity cabinets with a bracket made to do so.
