I'd rather pay for a platform whose revenue comes from subscription fees because at least they are developing features and functionality for the "right reasons.I've never heard of Digb (what kind of name is that?).

Purchasing a new primary and turning my current house into a rental and looking to hire a PM but some of the fee's seem high. 1 quote - 100% 1st/month rent if i self-manager, or 75% 1st/mo rent and 10%/mo for PM to manage.Again, im new to this but from reading and talking to people there is a typical finders fee ~1000$ and 10%/mo rent if the PM manages.

If you think about it in any industry less transparency and more friction in the transaction will increase fees/commission vs reducing them.I like the idea as an investor of having different agents, a team of agents maybe 3-4 bringing me deals, but I think less of that will happen now as all will have to have you sign some kind of agreement up front.

We have also found looking at actuals and Airdna numbers of the same property, that they're pretty well right on once we take cleaning fees out.

I know they are crazy guest friendly but this seems over the top.Guest didn't deny it....responded with "I payed the cleaning fee, why would I clean up?"
