I had forgotten it was Fathers day until yesterday.I am 37 now and my dad was killed in a car wreck when I was 15.I have no kids yet but I am planning on having some.When the kids come I am sure Fathers day will kick in again and mean more.I do remember him but it was so long ago.I hope everyone has some fun today.I will just be cleaning up my office and watching movies with the wife.I might look at some old pics for nostalgia.One of my friends still has his dad but not his mom so we are backwards in that respect.

Bienes Raices, I haven't forgotten you with these attempted hijackings....LOLIt boils down to what could an agent advise, what might they be able to provide for you in terms of area, market, property valuations, ordinances and compliance, proposed zoning issues that might be around the corner, do you know if the property is in an alternate flight path for the airport?

This discussion was a gem in the making and all but lost and forgotten over the last 5 years it seems.

No matter how great the individual is, family emergencies or illness will crop up, and then you are forgotten while they handle their personal issues.

Matt:I moved six mortgages from Scotia 2-3 years ago (after a 35-year banking relationship) because, as an organisation, they have forgotten customer service {despite the heroic efforts of my local agent}.Their "blanket" or "portfolio" offering at the time was not worth the effort - many other lenders were far more responsive.

On the cost to move I had forgotten about that since the two MHs I bought were delivered price.  

I was an appraiser for a couple of years back in the early 2000's so I am somewhat familiar with things like the MLS and record searches, but I have probably forgotten more then I know and I'm sure things have changed in the last decade. 

Now that you mention it, I have looked at that site several years ago but I had forgotten about it.
