Leverage that mentor’s experience and JV starting out to get your feet wet.

Hello everyone,I'm finally graduating from listening to podcasts and casual internet/Zillow searches to jumping feet-first into real estate investment.

I think you’re in a great position to do that and get your feet wet and utilizing this opportunity to set yourself up well as a young age.

Our guests have their own entrance and are totally separate from our living quarters, and we still enjoy more than 1,000 square feet of our own space.

IOW if the height difference is 48 inches, then the lenghth of the ramp is 48 feet. 

How that is addressed will depend on whether this is a new venture funded with cash, an acquisition, a round of expansion funding, etc.

I have such a great opportunity currently and I’m getting cold feet, it’s so hard taking that leap and putting it all together.

A couple of hours later I guess round 2, maybe the second 50, went out, which I was not ready for, and I missed the window to respond timely. 

I’m considering Round Rock and Pflugerville as top options.
