Your traditional bank in most instances is going to take the loan and resell it on the secondary market.For House Hacking, my favorite concept is  purchasing a duplex, triplex or quadplex, you accomplish 2 things in 1 step, you get a roof over your head, and at a minimum you get someone else to help pay for your mortgage, and when its time to move out, you already have your 1st investment property under your belt.

. #3) you can usually tell ahead of time  and you can ALWAYS tell with the first response to any answers  #4) what do to with X dollars, which market, which accounting software (my favorite), solar on my rental, etc etc. 

They didn’t have to break the door thankfully but they had to break my $200 touchscreen lock and then sent me a 300+ locksmith bill as well as a 900+ junk removal bill although there were no furniture left in the unit and the junk removal people only removed left over food from the fridge and the freezer!!!

But if ya want a champions life, step it up, spit in fears face, stop making excuses and start making results.My favorite part of this post was how you finished with: "I won't rub your ego", after paragraphs of attempting to rub your own.
