I believe there is a basic tenet in the law that says that if a contract term is vague that it will be interpreted to favor the party that did NOT write the contract.

It is very possible, for example, in Austin, that valuations of office, retail, industrial, self-storage, or something else responds favorably to the changes happening in the city and could be a great buy.

The financing is different however as you have to use non-recourse loans, which aren't as favorable terms as the conventional loans, but it still allows you to leverage to continually invest!
