I made it a habit of every few weeks, exporting the available rental listings from a few PMs in the area, throwing them in a google spreadsheet and using the averages from those.

Saw prop stream has this filter removed.Goal is to reach out to those that listed up to two years back but listing expired/removed and ideally would like to be able to also filter by additional keywords within that data set (could just export to excel and search though so not really a necessary filter).Looking to be able to search all USA cities if possible.

I tend to use Airdna as a high level check, then go into price labs to find like properties and export them.

I've done what I can; now I wait to see how much a beating I take.What does keep me up at night is the potential for lower velocity of the USD w/ global recession, oil exporters testing other currencies etc.My shot in the dark prediction: 2024- high interest rates lead to equality issue, which lead to the Govt "good idea fairy" running rampage, which leads to next banking and housing collapse in 2028, in time for China taking over global currency in 2030.

I have been doing QB export to CSV & then retrofitting the Buildium templates with the data from the CSV file (it just doesn’t all flood in correctly) Any help would be appreciated!

It's a good idea to have this tool that can tabulate all the expenses at the end of the year and export to my accountant for tax filing, but the software is buggy.
