I have heard many of the recent podcasts around the 300 mark, plus 1 to  108.  

They have literally shown me the things they have done and just told me to replicate it, and not simply a certain colored banner or check mark but their keyword density, headings, alt tags, etc.

I'm getting close to my savings mark for getting started so I'm looking to get involved, learn, and make connections.

That was supposed to end with an exclamation point not a question mark LOL!

For some people, this is really important, they don't want to buy a new home with the sale of current being a question mark, they want certainty, many hold a fear of "what-if" on non-sale of home or a price too low.
