I get all manner of direct mail each week from these folks and will call some just to see what they have or if they are different only to be disappointed again.Its not an industry.. its just a bunch of people out there doing their own thing there are no rules for them to follow half of what they do is selling RE without a license etc..

You will not be disappointed.  

As a an ex-military I know what teamwork is about so if there is anyone out there willing to take me under his/her wing I'd be grateful and I won't disappoint. 

Because with all the disappointment (it should have been a really good deal), we also felt satisfied.  

My experience with Self-Directed IRA has been disappointing to say the least. 

I don't want to settle for breaking even on my first, but I won't be entirely disappointed if that happens.

If you are looking for get rich quick, you will be disappointed.

Most articles I see on tenant applications have to do with running the application and using the fee, but I haven't even ran it out of fear and disappointing her(unrealistic).

Even the best tenants will not treat the property as well as you would and if you invest a large amount of money putting in high end finishes, you may be disappointed upon move out of that first renter.

But I see how uncomfortable or disappointed  the seller becomes when he or she sees me or sometimes I see fear :(  . even though in some situations I am meeting them at a restaurant and I am the one who invited them and made clear it is my treat .
