(non-standard dimensions of materials)?

The dimensions of the bathroom are roughly 6ft wide x ~5ft long. 

I am looking for an easy to use software that will allow me to walk into a home and draw it out and put dimensions in to give me that layout. 

@Cameron Nehrer - In state or OOS is a dimension to investment.

If you have decent photos of the exterior you can get a pretty good estimate of dimensions using a known item such as a door to scale to get lengths, etc. 

You can expand these to modern dimensions - just save any of the crown molding pieces as you'll likely not be able to buy any to match.

I can provide exact dimensions if that would help.Anyone have any recommendations?

However, when I was there for inspection, I felt the lot size is not as big as they listed and it should be around 6,500 (there is a similar house around with same dimension).
