The plan was to have the properties completed in 6 months make some money and be on our way to real estate riches.Turns out a lot of the framing was rotten and we had to completely reframe the back of one of the houses.

Hello, due to a hiccup on my personal credit history I am having issues getting approved for traditional financing outside of an FHA which I do not plan to use as I am not going to owner occupy.

I have one property at the moment, but plan to expand my portfolio. 

It also features a minisplit HVAC system and PVC exterior covering.We plan to market it as a vacation rental, given its potential appeal to eco-conscious travelers and those looking for a distinctive getaway experience.I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience with selling or financing geodesic domes.

Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..).

Do you plan on using a quitclaim deed? 

If you have a focused plan and prepared questions you can learn a lot in an hour. 

The main challenge was timing the listing perfectly, but with careful planning, we ensured a swift sale.
