Hi BP folks,Lets say I like to make a deal on MF unit that have cap rate of 8% and If qualified for Freddie Mac loan that will let me have 75% LTV but then can I have the remaining 25% from hard money lender (but non-recourse if possible ?

Freddie Mac reported MF mortgage delinquency was less than .5% nationwide while single family was about 4% nationwide. 

He has a few larger folks show up dressed officially, crowbar and other suitable devices in hand.

If you have the 25% down through a partnership, you could even use Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac financing which is non recourse! 

While my spreadsheet is great, it would be nice to have a full story on income, expenses, improvements, depreciation, amortization schedules, etc.I have looked at Argus and PlanEASE, but would like something that  can be both used on mac and PC.Cheers!

It says it has the trip and will sync later but I think sometimes fails to sync the trip.There is no way that I am aware of to have the trip info local on your device. 

I’m using the app on my iOS device and it seems to randomly shut down so I didn’t realize that I had posted this one when I did the second one.

But what I'm running into is the fact that in order to refi out without 6 months of seasoning on title, I must use the cash purchase variance--is this a Freddie Mac thing, I think?
