I personally am not a fan of "old" (1920's year built) properties because they may have obsolete wiring, plumbing, windows, foundation problems, etc....yet they can have charm and are often in great locations.

They often don't do what I'd call "the best" inspections, if you know what I mean, but this is especially disconcerting because the home sits on a slab foundation.
