IE they have money they have credit . they have a well paying job... that's an investor. they buy for generally cash flow or to fix and flip.. etc etc. not nearly as important to have sales and marketing skills. and one can shop from home and I guess can be lazy I mean its not tough to cruise the internet looking for deals.3. then yo have the folks that want to actually make this a living and they do that by getting into the business in an organized manner going to work with a RE brokerage.. or lending brokerage or a developer or some organized company that is generating millions of dollars a year in revenue.Between late night TV and BP in my mind has created much of what you see here.. in the old days you learned the trade  today you just post questions.. to some they are silly because they are so Naïve and to others its the only way they know to try to get info and knowledge..
