Are these downtown properties in the center of the next color revolution?

Of course, cream or off white is always a nice exterior color too.

They present their social media followers with a series of curated options for a specific area of each house, and their channels vote to decide on a lot of the finishes of the home - paint colors, carpets, door knobs, light/lamps, kitchen layout, etc, etc.The social media houses aren't especially lucrative, as they only do about 2 per year.

I like their best quality like the hotel collection and also get your towels the same color too along with dish towels.

If it's not your core then take the cream 1031 and run. 

Taxes, IRS, other factors may still hold, and truth is, I don't trust the government office to provide full color on title.  

Unless you advertise it, I highly doubt any potential tenant will be able to tell the difference if the colors match!

@Tyrel McAllister In my younger days, I wanted at one point to start a business selling novelty baseball caps, we entered the investment pitch wearing off-color hats for comedic relief and were dismissed rather rudely before we could even begin.

He's shown his colors, so anticipate he will not honor other terms of the rental agreement too.
