I am not a W2 employee so constantly limited by my DTI when it comes to bank lending even though I am savvy with saving, house hacking, etc to keep my cost of living down.

This could be a way to guarantee a steady stream of income while still working on higher-margin deals separately.

Also, an income stream is something that is likely to appeal especially to folks approaching (or already in) retirement.  

And basically anything that rings a bell would be helpful.The reason i am asking about this is i am trying to understand if there is a market need (pain) to make revenue streams more predictable and to insure away such risks.

You will constantly hear of shortcuts during construction and the conscientious decision to use lower quality materials during the renovation.

The problem with these small deals is that there no money in it for the Lender or the investors who buy the payment streams.  

You can just do more volume with less margins to scale since that's a constant flow of deals. 

Rehab/Rental Investor who thrives on constant growth through education and networking.

Their software was built in-house and is full of bugs and issues they're constantly trying to fix. 

It involves knowing what is happening in the overall industry which would help our clients.Related to this is the constant knowledge of local, state and national laws.
