I've had commercial loans with my CU but all others through brokers, and they've all been sold within a few months then had issues with the loan servicing companies/ the banks they sold my loans to.

Only rental cabins catch on fire and not primary residences.In all honesty, though, I would agree that something that size should be treated more as a commercial property any way and the sprinkler system makes sense to me.

Bryan I would say PLANNING IN ADVANCE is key.Lot's of investors like GA as it's own of the best investment warm belt states in the country.You need to determine if you are going residential or commercial for the replacement property and what deal size.
