@Aaron McGinnis  I used to kind of poo poo it until I was on a flight earlier this year and watch the movie Le Mans Steve McQueen story... and at the end they told what caused his cancer and took him at 50.it was the asbestos in his racing suit...

They don't express empathy when they learn your radiator blew and the bill for repairs was twice what the mechanic said it would be and then you lost your job because of a urinalysis but you're going to fight it because you've been clean for months and you're really stressed because your mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer and won't be able to support herself by working at the Kitty-Kat Lounge and besides that, you're not paying rent until the oven is fixed because it hasn't worked since I moved in five months ago...Talking to Tenants will eventually wear you down.

Conventional loans for example, those are the loans governed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (if you recognize those names), require a 7 year waiting period for a mortgage through them (unless you got cancer or there was a hurricane or some other completely terrible, awful thing that happened...then it's 3 years).

Too bad it causes cancer when the particles are inhaled.In a fire, all of the asbestos particles are released as a very fine dust which, when inhaled, can cause about a dozen different types of lung cancers and mesothelioma.
