I couldn't find too much conclusive on the topic here:I was wondering what kind of blinds you use in your rentals for the windows.I am supplying and installing the blinds for a few reasons.So far I have always put in the cheapo vinyl mini blinds, and usually it takes max. a day after move-in until some blades are cracked, broken, missing, you name it.

I am still not quite back to what I was before, but you would never know.I was more upset that no one from the organization (Cubs) or the player or his team (The cardinals Juan Encarnacion) bothered to even see how I was doing, apologize, etc.So, in a weird twist of fate, and understand I would never wish this upon anyone, Juan Encarnacion was in the on Deck circle during a game this past September and he was struck in the eye with a line drive.

However, you can stack the deck in your favor by doing your homework about the market you are in, not over rehabbing, setting a realistic selling price and then meeting with the appraiser when he comes over and giving him a list of what you have done to the house as well as providing him with the comps for similar sales in the area.
