We just have internet streaming on all our TV's.They are a mixture of TCL, Insignia and the like.You will find that most Roku TV's are made by TCL or Hisense these days.

We want a camera system that:1) Connects to internet for remote monitoring via an office computer (not just a mobile device)2) Has motion-sensor alerts3) Records to the cloud, so a thief can't disable/steal the camera to hide their identityWe plan to remove these cameras once a property is rented and reinstall at the next vacant rental.Wi-Fi connection to internet is possible, but we'd also like to look into cellular connections to internet.What suggestions do you have please?

Sherman is about 30 minutes north of there and many of the biggest nationwide and local residential developers have bought land and working on master planned communities.   

Biggest expense I think would be furnaces. 

I'm hoping there are some other invertors on this forum that might have some other insight. this is one of the biggest mistakes investors make that own only one property or two.. hanging on in hope to get an extra 75 bucks in rent.. so now you have waiting at least 3 months  of vacancy and lets say you should rent for 1400 so thats 150 a month .. how many months will it take to make up 3 X 1400 if you hold out for that extra 100 to 150 a month. 

I would say the biggest challenge was completing a whole house rehab and the paperwork for the 203K loan.
